We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team and ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Role overview

The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of client tasks and projects. Using Asana, you’ll coordinate incoming client tickets, prioritise tasks, and ensure that developers are working on the right projects at the right time. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and development team, keeping projects moving forward, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all retainer client tickets in Asana.
• Prioritise tasks based on client needs, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Assign tickets to the appropriate developers and ensure timely progress through sprints.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the development team to align priorities.
• Communicate task updates, blockers, and delivery timelines to the team.
• Track ticket progress, escalate issues when needed, and proactively mitigate delays.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and consistency across all client projects.

Key skills required

• At least 1 year’s experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a digital agency or ecommerce environment.
• Good understanding of Shopify.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between developers and client-facing teams.
• Problem solver, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Asana.
• Experience working with developers and understanding basic technical workflows.
• Previous experience managing retainers or ongoing client relationships.
